Scalixi Ops is a trading name of H2E Limited ("we", "us"). This page explains what personal information we collect through scalixi.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the trial form: your name, company name, mobile number, work email, number of cleaners and the admin task that takes most of your time.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Basic website and advertising data, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, collected with the Meta Pixel and similar tools.

How we use it

• To contact you about the free 15-hour trial and our services.
• To understand which pages and adverts bring people to the site, and to improve them.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles it for us

We use service providers to run the site and manage enquiries, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling), HubSpot (contact management) and Meta (advertising and measurement). They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hammad@hitupuk.co.uk. You can also manage advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.
